I am in the middle of a modification to a San Francisco rental home with just lowering the slab on a room and I have ran in to an very over zealous San Francisco planning and building department on the getting a permit. As I am trying to get this complete asap to retain a renter, I am running in to a deadline as I was told I needed a title 24 completed. I searched the internet and communicated with a couple of groups and I found Hensel Consulting Engineers to be the best in communication of what was needed to complete the title 24 and the turnaround.
